My Sprint Mobile App Reviews

This app is great but needs Touch ID login instead of having enter my password every time. Then it would be 5 stars.

Ive had the same user name and password for the last four years. All of the sudden, its incorrect and Im locked out of my account. This app blows.

Worked on last version, patched today, now it wont connect.

Wouldnt let me log in at all. Literally the day I set it all up, it told me everything was wrong. Tried to access literally everything off of my boyfriends phone, no other app has ever done that. Kind of sketchy.

Works fine. Everything loads quickly. Still stretched out looking on the 6s plus.

No connect..!!!!

It does not connect at all! Dont know if the service is down or what, but its been a few days now. Useless.

ts 2016, hire some professional engineers. Youre not a startup. Its difficult to say what the app itself is like, because Im unable to login. Verified my login info and tried multiple times with just a spinning wheel and "cannot connect" message. I

Absolutely a terrible app, especially for such a big company. After you make a payment it just goes to the home screen with no payment successful screen with confirmation leading people to think there was an error. Then you find yourself trying again to later realize you just paid twice.

I would have given it a 5 starts if it was a little bit more user friendly. You can tell sprint invests little in its app. Its now 2016 (everyone is on a smartphone these days) sprint needs to pump more money in its app to make me want to use the app. And really "sprint Zone"?. The app needs a serious facelift! Seriously! Im waiting sprint!

The usage data is always far off. Thank god I have an unlimited plan so I dont have to worry about overages. Also takes forever for payments to show. I wish I could have given zero stars.

I love this app! Theres a lot of negative reviews on here but to me its not bad at all. It saves me time, I pay my bills on here, instead of having to go on their website. It has all the info I need, like when I can get an upgrade etc. It works for me!

I have been trying for at least a week to put limits and controls on a phone and always get system unavailable! SPRINT, FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!!

This app is the worst!!!!!!! THE USER INTERFACE IS TOO STRETCHY AND NOT OPTIMIZED FOR THE iPhone 6 OR 6 PLUS!!! OPTIMIZE IT FOR THE iPhone 6 PLUS!!!!
