You would think that Sprints app would actually work. Shuts down immediately after trying to open. Fix this please!

Every time I try to sign in now, it says Data Not Found, but when I go to the website it works. Please fix! Also try to fix the fluidity of the app. Its all over the place.

It would be nice if the keyboard was optimized for the iPhone 6S. Would it be possible on the home screen to show total data usage, not just LTE? It would be nice to have a widget that shows total data usage.

Can i see the record of the web of the cellphone of my son with this app someone can tell me if that is possible

I can only access the latest bill.

I tried calling for help and weakened, tried using this app. It wants me to remember my login from 2 years ago. Why cant the stupid #%^* just recognize my number and let me get on with life.

Other than being able to pay your bill, every other function asks you to sign in and then throws a web server error.

Works well! For those of you having trouble with the app not keeping you signed in, just open the app when youre connected to data and that will take care of it. Hope this helped!

Seems as though Im not the only one who thinks the app is broken. And here I thought I was just typing in the password wrong. Wrong what are they going to fit all those problems? Problem

I honestly prefer going on safari because the site is easier to navigate, has more options like viewing my bill & etc. I hoped the app would be as easy to use but nope, its less options & not the same stuff as the site. Please update with something better! I know this app can be better!

Its far easier and less stressful to go online and pay my bill. I can never actually get into the app as the system is unavailable or I, "have no internet connection" while my LTE or wifi laugh at me. It hasnt always sucked though, so hopefully things will get fixed soon.

The worst app ever made! It doesnt let me sign in to pay my bill, it keeps saying system not available. What is the point of this app if it doesnt work??

Dont bother with this app. The ONLY thing its good for its paying your bill. Theyll take your money, but the app isnt helpful past that point.

Wont recognize my phone number or email address. Dosnt work and they also blindsided me with a rate increase. So much for locking in a contract. You would think they would want to hold onto the few customers they have.

This app is not optimized for the iPhone 6 Plus model. Would be nice if there was a widget that you could add so view your data usage.

I see some bad reviews here, but I dont see any issues. To me, it works as intended. App shows how many minutes, texts, and data has been used. Allows for payments, and is up to date with account activity. Overall good and useful app

I just got an iPhone 6s Plus and when I try to schedule an appointment on the app keeps giving me an error message unable to geocode location :96477 does anyone know what this is??

I just recently became a Sprint customer, and I must say its one of the best apps Ive used in a long time! Its very easy to use, clear and right to the point, informative with a lot of options and honestly everything you need is on the app! Love it! Satisfied Customer
