Cant even log in! When I type in the right credentials it says "System not available. Try again later.", been like this for 3 months & hasnt been fixed. Bull**** app.

Really isnt all that great still gives me trouble. So when can I the client of sprint be able to get into my account ? This is to much the new upgrade

Stupid Im going to T-Mobile

Have been trying to pay my bill for the past few days. Every single time it says the system is down. Please fix!

The app logs you out at every turn and then you have to start all over. Then it just sends you to the Sprint website. If I wanted to go to the website, why would I have the app? There is one thing this app is good for. It tells you how much data youve used. Otherwise, forget it!!! You will just be incredibly, infuriatingly, frustrated.

So I was in Cricket and switched cuz they are absolutely gay!! Cant get a live person to talk to and their service is horrible. Sprint has way better service coverage for calls and txt but the network is worse then crickets. At least when cricket had service it had good network connection. I have service in way more places now but no network in many places where cricket had awesome internet. I am a bit confused why I switched

Sprint is just as corrupt as the rest of them. My bill is repeatedly raised a couple dollars a month with no explanation. Though its not something thats continuous, its often enough to be tremendously irritating. Terrible service in my own home. I live in the city. Internet connection is weaker than any other carrier Ive had. Ive been with Sprint for nearly two years and dont plan to bring them my business ever again.

Customer service apps are generally designed to make life easier for the patrons. Other then making sure that you can pay Sprint as fast as possible (in 10 different ways) there is nothing in this app designed to make life easier for its customers. This apps sole purpose is to remind you to pay them first and think about any of the options later. If you want to evaluate your bill, track down a lost number, check on a 13-year-olds call history, God help you. You will jump through hoops all day only to find that the system has failed and you are advised to try again later. One would like to believe that an app represents how a company feels about its customers; & With the company logo leading the way, this app clearly demonstrates Sprints priorities.

I pay so much money per month for my phone bill. You would think that Sprint could come out with an app like capital one or bank of america that is absolutely seamless and almost as good as using the full website on a computer. You would think that and you would be wrong. The Sprint app looks like it hasnt changed or improved since 2010, and it certainly isnt keeping up with app and iOS technology. But I was willing to let it all go until the last update when I cant even log into my account AT ALL. I type in the correct password and it says "data not found". Good lord. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. Please fix it and do an overhaul of the app while youre at it.

The update has ruined it. I cannot even log in to my account anymore. It comes up with an error message. Im really upset and if I am late on my payment because of this, Im switching carriers.

Cant even use the app past this message after signing in...

Sprint is the absolute worst, from their customer service to their actual service. I have been on the phone for hours at a time to no avail. Ive been over charged, and I have always been under serviced. The WORST SERVICE EVER!

I used this app to pay for my bill and it charged by multiplying the bill by 10. So my card was charged over $1500...after a few weeks, it was finally returned...I tried to pay the bill today using the phone app...my bill was around 204.58 and it was denied twice. I just checked my email and it said my transaction was denied because the charge was $20,458...and i had to check the numbers...this is ridiculous. Whats the point of this stupid app if it cant even process a bill and overcharge like crazy?

When I log in, it tells me Im not authorized to make payments and then logs me out. It is ridiculous that I cannot use the app to simply check my data usage, like every single other carrier allows.

There are several features of this application that have stopped working or never did. You can no longer pay your bill without the app freezing. Update this because its useless right now. Uninstalled.

Can you guys update the app to the iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus screen size

So next time you think about getting the "low" payment of sprint. Unlike Version or any other carrier!!! sprint does not let you get a history of your messages. someone at my work place"text-shopped" so that it liked like I said something completly different than what I had said. at first I was calm bc I thought that I can just call up sprint to send me a copy of my message history for the past month. but wait, sprint CANNOT do that bc they were too cheap to add this to their network. So I got fired bc I had no proof!!!!! ... Its like sayin that sprint doesnt let you call 911 after 11pm.....

I cannot pay neither manage my bill

The app crashes when you open it so it serves no purpose. Definitely the type of app youd expect Sprint to put out. I miss Verizon
