Just doesnt work

Much like their service, the app just doesnt work. After being told they have just a 1% coverage difference from Verizon Wireless - which is completely false - I was told I could completely manage my account through their mobile app. Since I am unable to do so through their website, I attempted to do so through their app. However, I can only see the bottom-right quarter of the login screen, and even with that, I still get an error saying the service is unavailable when I try to log in. It just does not work.
